제1조 (수집하는 정보)
Daily Horoscope는 다음의 최소한의 정보만 기기 내에 저장합니다:
· 언어 설정 (한국어/영어) — 기기 로컬 저장소에만 저장
· Solana 지갑 주소 — 사용자가 직접 연결한 경우에 한해 기기 내 AsyncStorage에 저장
위 정보는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 그 외 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
제2조 (Solana 지갑 및 NFT 민팅)
본 앱은 Solana 블록체인과 연동되며, 사용자가 Phantom 등 Solana 호환 지갑을 연결할 수 있습니다. 지갑 연결 시 지갑 주소만 앱 기능에 활용되며, 비밀 키(Private Key)는 앱에서 절대 수집하거나 접근하지 않습니다.
타로 카드 NFT 민팅은 Crossmint API를 통해 처리되며, 민팅 시 지갑 주소와 카드 메타데이터가 Crossmint 서버에 전달됩니다. Crossmint의 개인정보처리방침은 crossmint.com/privacy에서 확인하시기 바랍니다.
민팅된 NFT 이미지는 IPFS(Pinata)에 저장되며, 블록체인 특성상 온체인 데이터는 영구적으로 기록될 수 있습니다.
제3조 (제3자 제공)
본 앱은 광고 SDK 및 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. NFT 민팅 처리를 위해 Crossmint에 지갑 주소와 NFT 메타데이터가 전달되는 것 외에 제3자에게 정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
제4조 (로컬 저장소)
앱은 언어 설정과 지갑 주소를 기기 내 AsyncStorage에 저장합니다. 이 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다. 추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
제5조 (이용 연령)
본 서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 18세 미만 사용자의 개인정보는 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
제6조 (오락 목적 고지)
본 앱의 별자리 운세 및 타로 카드 내용은 순수한 오락 목적으로 제공됩니다. 실제 예언이나 전문적 조언이 아닙니다.

1. Information We Collect
Daily Horoscope stores only the following minimal information on your device:
· Language preference (Korean/English) — stored in local device storage only
· Solana wallet address — stored in AsyncStorage on your device only, when you connect a wallet
None of this information is transmitted to external servers. We do not collect any other personal information.
2. Solana Wallet & NFT Minting
This app integrates with the Solana blockchain, allowing users to connect compatible wallets such as Phantom. Only your wallet address is used for app functionality. We never collect or access your private keys.
Tarot card NFT minting is processed via the Crossmint API. When minting, your wallet address and card metadata are transmitted to Crossmint's servers. Please refer to Crossmint's privacy policy at crossmint.com/privacy.
Minted NFT images are stored on IPFS (Pinata). Due to the nature of blockchain technology, on-chain data may be permanently recorded.
3. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics tools. The only third-party data transmission occurs when minting NFTs via Crossmint, which receives your wallet address and NFT metadata.
4. Local Storage
The app uses AsyncStorage on your device to store language preferences and wallet address. This data is deleted when the app is uninstalled. No tracking cookies are used.
5. Age Requirement
This service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.

Horoscope readings and tarot card content in this app are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute real predictions or professional advice.
