제1조 (동의)
Daily Horoscope(이하 "앱")를 이용함으로써 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다. 동의하지 않으실 경우 앱 사용을 중단해 주세요.
제2조 (이용 연령)
본 서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 18세 미만은 본 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다.
제3조 (서비스 목적)
본 앱은 오락 목적의 별자리 운세, 마르세유 타로 카드, 88개 별자리 신화 및 천문 정보를 제공합니다. 운세 및 타로 카드 내용은 실제 예언이 아니며, 전문적인 의학·법률·재무·심리 상담을 대체할 수 없습니다.
제4조 (Solana 지갑 및 NFT)
본 앱은 Phantom 등 Solana 호환 지갑 연결 기능을 제공합니다. 지갑 연결은 사용자의 자발적 선택이며, 앱은 비밀 키(Private Key)에 접근하지 않습니다.
타로 카드 NFT 민팅은 Crossmint API를 통해 무료로 제공됩니다. 민팅된 NFT는 Solana 블록체인에 영구 기록되는 디지털 자산으로, 시장 가치가 변동될 수 있습니다. 앱은 NFT의 가치를 보증하지 않습니다.
블록체인 트랜잭션은 특성상 취소가 불가능하며, 이에 따른 손실에 대해 앱은 책임지지 않습니다.
제5조 (무보증)
앱은 "현재 상태(as-is)"로 제공되며, 운세 내용의 정확성·완전성 및 서비스의 중단 없는 제공에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
제6조 (지식재산권)
앱 내 모든 콘텐츠, 디자인, 타로 카드 이미지, 코드는 개발자의 소유입니다. 무단 복제 및 배포를 금지합니다.
제7조 (면책조항)
앱 이용으로 인해 발생하는 직접·간접적 손해에 대해 개발자는 법적으로 허용되는 범위 내에서 책임을 부담하지 않습니다. 별자리 운세 및 타로 카드는 오락 목적으로만 이용하시기 바랍니다.
제8조 (약관 변경)
본 약관은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 후 계속 이용 시 변경 내용에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. Acceptance
By using Daily Horoscope ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Age Requirement
This service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use this App.
3. Entertainment Purpose Only
The App provides zodiac horoscopes, Marseille tarot cards, and astronomical information for entertainment purposes only. Horoscope and tarot content does not constitute real predictions and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
4. Solana Wallet & NFT
The App offers optional integration with Solana-compatible wallets such as Phantom. Wallet connection is entirely voluntary and the App never accesses your private keys.
Tarot card NFT minting is provided free of charge via the Crossmint API. Minted NFTs are digital assets permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain and their market value may fluctuate. The App makes no guarantees regarding the value of any NFT.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. The App is not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions.
5. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of fortune readings, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, tarot card images, and code within the App are the property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App. Horoscope and tarot content is for entertainment use only.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
